On Hagai Street in the Beit Hakerem neighborhood, Jerusalem. Where for years the building of the Reich Hotel has been located, a residential zoning change is being proposed due to the hotel’s failure to function in recent years.
Partially designed is a unique, 40-unit green residential complex that blends in with the character of the neighborhood and its unique atmosphere.
