On a large lot in the heart of Jerusalem’s German Colony, an ancient Templar building was restored and renovated as a one family villa, next to whom a new three apartment building was constructed, echoing the old architectural style, but with a modern interpretation.
Between the two buildings is a large garden and unique pond separating the new from the old.
